Spirit Walker

Spirit Walker is a playful Indigenous take on Halloween, created in the Woodland style as part of Red Rebel Armour’s Trick or Treaty collection. The illustration features a mischievous black cat reimagined as a skeleton, surrounded by bats, stars, and a crescent moon.

The design combines familiar Halloween imagery with the bold, organic forms and visual language of Woodland art. The contrast between the playful cat, skeletal elements, and spirit-world imagery creates a lighthearted interpretation of Halloween while drawing on Indigenous visual storytelling.

Spirit Walker is part of a collection that reimagines familiar Halloween themes through a contemporary Indigenous lens, using humour, character, and bold graphic forms.
